1. Information We Collect

Account information When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored in encrypted form). If you sign in through Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address from that provider.

Usage information We collect information about how you use OneAIChat, including which AI models and features you use, how frequently you use them, and general interaction patterns.

Device and technical information We collect your IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, and application version to operate and improve our service.

Payment information If you subscribe to a paid plan, payment is processed by our third-party payment provider. We receive confirmation of your transaction but do not store your card number or full payment details.

Communications If you contact our support team, we store the content of those communications to help resolve your request.

2. How We Handle Your AI Conversations

This is the most important section of this policy. Please read it carefully.

Your conversations are private.

When you interact with an AI model through OneAIChat, your message is sent to our AI infrastructure partners only to generate your response. That is the only purpose.

What our AI partners do not do:

• They do not retain or store your conversations after generating your response
• They do not use your conversations to train, fine-tune, or improve their AI models
• They are contractually prohibited from doing so

What we do not do:

• We do not share your conversations with any third-party developers or bot operators
• We do not sell your conversation data to anyone
• We do not use your conversations for advertising

The only exception — and it requires your explicit consent: If you choose to opt in through your account settings, we may use your conversation data to train and improve OneAIChat's own AI models. This is entirely optional. Opting out (or simply not opting in) has no effect on your access to any feature. You can withdraw this consent at any time.

AI model availability by region: Some AI models available through OneAIChat may not be accessible in all countries due to local regulations. In particular, certain models may not be available to users in mainland China. AI model availability for your region is displayed within the OneAIChat platform.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Create and manage your account
• Provide the OneAIChat service
• Process your subscription and payments
• Send you service-related communications (security alerts, billing notices, updates)
• Keep the platform secure and prevent fraud and abuse
• Improve and develop OneAIChat features
• Comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for targeted advertising.

4. Who We Share Your Information With

We share your information only in the following circumstances:

Service providers: We use third-party companies to help operate OneAIChat, including cloud hosting, payment processing, customer support tools, and analytics. These companies process your data only on our instructions and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

AI infrastructure partners: Your AI prompts are transmitted to our AI partners solely to generate your response. As described above, they are contractually prohibited from training on your data.

Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or a lawful request from a government authority. Where permitted, we will notify you of such requests.

Business transfers: If OneAIChat or Kaletech is involved in a merger or acquisition, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before that happens.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data Retention

We keep your account information and conversation history for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards to comply with legal obligations.

When you delete your account, we delete your personal data from our active systems. Some data may remain in encrypted backups for a limited period before being permanently purged.

6. Security

We protect your data using encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and security monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you are located, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your information
• Withdraw consent you have previously given
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

India: If you are in India, you may raise a grievance with us at support@oneaichat.com. If not resolved, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India.

European Union / UK: You have rights under the GDPR and UK GDPR including access, correction, deletion, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

California: You have rights under the CCPA/CPRA including the right to know, delete, correct, and opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell your personal information.

8. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the platform, remember your preferences, and understand how OneAIChat is used. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings.

9. Children

OneAIChat is not intended for use by anyone under 13 years of age. Users in India under 18 must have parental or guardian consent. If you believe we have collected information from a child without appropriate consent, contact us at support@oneaichat.com and we will delete it.

10. Changes to This Policy
