1. Who Can Use OneAIChat

You must be at least 13 years old to use OneAIChat.

If you are under 18 and located in India, your parent or legal guardian must consent to these Terms on your behalf.

If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm you have the authority to do so.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us at support@oneaichat.com immediately.

Please keep your account information accurate and up to date.

3. What OneAIChat Is

OneAIChat is a professional AI workspace platform that gives you access to multiple AI models through a single interface. Our central AI layer, Somebody, intelligently routes your requests to the most suitable model for your task across our domain-specific workspaces.

AI model availability varies by region. Some models may not be accessible in all countries due to local regulatory requirements. Available models for your region are displayed within the platform.

4. Important Limitations of AI

Please read this section before relying on any AI response.

AI models can produce inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information. They may present incorrect information confidently. Always verify important information independently.

Nothing generated through OneAIChat is professional advice. It is not legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, psychological advice, or advice of any other regulated kind. For decisions with serious consequences, consult a qualified professional.

Do not use OneAIChat in emergencies. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services.

5. Your Content and AI Conversations

You retain ownership of the content you submit to OneAIChat.

By submitting content, you give us the right to process it in order to provide the service — specifically, to send your prompts to our AI partners to generate responses, to store your conversation history so you can access it, and to keep the platform secure.

We do not use your conversations to train AI models without your explicit consent. If you opt in through your account settings, your data may be used to improve OneAIChat's own models only. This is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.

Your conversations are not shared with third-party developers or bot operators for any purpose.

You are responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

6. What You May Not Do

You may not use OneAIChat to:

• Break any law or regulation
• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Harass, stalk, or harm any person
• Create content that exploits or endangers children
• Infringe anyone's intellectual property rights
• Impersonate any person or organisation
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate OneAIChat's systems or AI models
• Scrape, harvest, or extract data from the platform by automated means
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Use the platform to build a competing AI product or service
• Use automated tools to exceed usage limits or bypass access controls
• Use OneAIChat's agentic features to access systems you are not authorised to use or to take actions that would violate these Terms if done manually

7. Agentic Features

OneAIChat provides browser-based agentic capabilities that allow AI models to perform multi-step tasks and take actions at your direction. These features work within your browser — no download or installation is required.

All agentic tasks are started by you. You can stop any task at any time. You are responsible for reviewing what an agentic task does before it acts on important information.

8. Intellectual Property

OneAIChat, its design, software, branding, and platform features belong to Kaletech Private Limited. Nothing in these Terms transfers any of our intellectual property to you.

9. Subscriptions and Payment

Subscriptions are described and managed at https://oneaichat.com/cancellation-and-refunds. By subscribing, you agree to those terms.

10. Suspension and Termination

You can stop using OneAIChat and delete your account at any time through your account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, engage in fraud or abuse, or for other reasons in our reasonable discretion. Where required by law, we will give you notice.

11. Disclaimers

OneAIChat is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular AI model will always be available.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of AI-generated content. AI models make mistakes.

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory consumer rights you have under the law of your country.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Kaletech's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of OneAIChat is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, or INR 1,000 for free users.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.

These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

EU, UK, and Australian consumers: Your mandatory statutory rights are fully preserved and are not affected by the above.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

If you have a complaint, please contact us at support@oneaichat.com first. We will do our best to resolve it within 30 days.

If you are in India and your complaint is not resolved, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, in Bangalore, India. You also retain the right to approach consumer courts under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

EU and UK users: Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing claims before the courts of your country of residence or accessing consumer protection authorities in your jurisdiction.

Australia: Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by notice on the platform at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use OneAIChat after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
